WebMaker Inc. has been designing and developing websites since 2001. We are a small office which allows us to form strong relationships with our customers, some of which have been with us since the beginning.

Cindy Dykstra, the President of WebMaker Inc. holds a degree in Web Programming/Web Engineering from the University of Illinois. What she learned there got the business off the ground, but it has been a strong committment to learning new programming, design and Internet marketing skills to keep up with the ever-changing technology of the web that has given the company its longevity.

We enjoy this business tremendously! We strive to take great care of our customers in an industry where it's too easy for consumers to be put off by the technology. We find it's more satisfying to build relationships with our customers than to just make the sale. Getting to learn about our clients' business plays a part in that and it shows in our diverse portfolio.

Services we offer include website planning, design and development, web hosting and Internet marketing/SEO. We are a strong proponent of Open Source software which we use to power most of our websites. Open Source allows for greater flexiblitiy at lower costs, with a huge community of developers who give freely of their time to help each other out. As a small shop, we must choose our niches wisely and Open Source projects have been a great fit for WebMaker Inc.

We are active in our community and have volunteered hours of our time and dollars to projects such as an Elementary school reading program, the Humane Society, work with at-risk youths, the local Chamber of Commerce Internal Development committee and have served three separate offices for the Royal Gorge Networking Group.

Becasue our work hours are spent mostly behind a desk working at a computer, life in the Colorado Rockies provides oustanding outdoor activities in our time off: hiking, camping, fishing, exploring, 4-wheel driving, white-water kayaking, running and cross country skiing.
