PLEASE NOTE: The Vintage Harvest Festival is by invitation/scouting request only. If you have not been invited/scouted by Festiville Productions, you may be required to submit examples of your product or photos. Festiville Productions reserves the right to decline any vendor and will refund any monies collected within 30 days.

Festival Times and Location

The VHF will be held at a location to be announced, Cañon City, CO 81212.

Saturday September 24th:
Please plan to be set up by 9:30 am and be prepared to sell your wares until 6.00 pm.

Sunday September 25th:
Please plan to be set up by 11:30 am and be prepared to sell your wares until 6.00 pm.

Exhibition Space

Exhibition Fee is $150.00, additional space is $100.00. Booth Space is approximately 10’ x 10’ and is assigned by Festival Coordinator.

Electricity is limited and must be requested. If you wish to be placed in an area with hook-up, you will need to provide your own extensions and fixtures. However, if electricity not asked for in this application, you will most likely be placed in an area to which electricity does not extend, and will not be permitted to run extension cords to nearest outlets.

Exhibitors must furnish own tent, tables, chairs, and display equipment.

Exhibitors must leave their booth area in the same condition in which it was found.

Exhibitors must remain for both days of festival. SHOW IS RAIN OR SHINE. No refunds.

Booth Set-up Rules

Vendors are completely responsible for setting up their own booths.

Vendors are completely responsible for all booth operation materials including staffing their booth during hours of operations during Festival times.

Booth Break-down Rules

Vendors are completely responsible for breakdown of their booths.

Vendors are completely responsible for cleaning their rented booth space after the festival.

Security

24-hour security will be provided throughout the event. However, all goods of value should be removed from the booths overnight and secured in a locked compartment(s). Neither Wicked Brew Gallery, Festiville Productions LLC, Our Artist Coalition or its' constituents will be held responsible or liable for loss or damage of any kind incurred by vendors and/or festival participants. Submission of this application implies understanding and consent to the conditions set forth herein.

Sales Tax

Exhibitors will be responsible for collection and reporting of Colorado State & Fremont County Sales Tax. Cañon City Sales tax of 2% with completed documentation is required to be submitted to Festival Coordinator at Festivals conclusion. Information will be provided in Vendors Packets distributed at VHF upon vendor check-in.

Please note: packets were delivered with the incorrect insurance certificate information. The information below and on the printable copy is correct.

Required Certificates

Copy of valid Certificate of Liability Insurance to Festiville Productions LLC.

Food Vendors require Health Department certificate and food license.

VIP Access

VIP access is $25.00 and will have access to the Festival Grounds Friday September 23, 2005 at 12:00 noon for vendor setup (limit 4).

Please book and pay for your basic area with this application. Site planning will be arranged with you at a later date, as your allotted site will depend upon on the size, orientation, and erection components of your material (guyline spread, for example).
